- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The customer service is horrible. I felt like I was invisible. They questioned my insurance and then looked more thoroughly and found that one out of many did not go through. I normally would of been asked would I like to wait seen that I have them reordered over the phone instead of just assuming that I wanted to wait.I was very disappointed at the service and realized they are not the only one in this town. The medication I need (13) of them are costly and I did have all of my prescriptions transfer to Shoppco I really would go out of my way to get better service. I will give the drive thru the 5 stars...excellent service but going in is a whole different story.
